Tell about the living God

Today's word: 1 Chronicles 16:23-31

23 Sing to the LORD, all the earth;
proclaim his salvation day after day.

24 Declare his glory among the nations,
his marvelous deeds among all peoples.

25 For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise;
he is to be feared above all gods.

26 For all the gods of the nations are idols,
but the LORD made the heavens.

27 Splendor and majesty are before him;
strength and joy in his dwelling place.

28 Ascribe to the LORD, O families of nations,
ascribe to the LORD glory and strength,

29 ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name.
Bring an offering and come before him;
worship the LORD in the splendor of his [a] holiness.

30 Tremble before him, all the earth!
The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.

31 Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad;
let them say among the nations, "The LORD reigns!"

How about you?
Aren't you glad you can know the living God? He's the creator of the whole universe. But there are still many people who don't know that. Will you share this knowledge with them? Begin in your own school. Maybe someday God eill even allow you to carry His message to other lands.

To memorize: 1 Chronicles 16:24
Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples.

You know, this is really strange. Yesterday I felt that I miss out mentioning that part of our serving the Lord also means bringing others to Christ. And today's devotional is about spreading the good news of salvation to one and all. What a wonderful coincidence or is it?

Hey, guys and gals of Powerhouse, here is a challenge for all of you.
"that each member invite or bring
along a friend or sch/coll/uni mate
to a Powerhouse meeting during the month of February. The more the better of course but must try to bring at least one. How about that?
I am sure some of you will say "no prob, man". Good!!

Young adults, you know what is expected of you. 'nuff said.
